A case could be made production would increase as folks would strive to gain every extra bushel instead of skipping fert/herb/fung to “save insurance money”……. On top of that would be basically 0 PP…… In the end though probably be a wash when all of the crappy acres get taken out of production while the better practices up the yields on remaining acres.
