West Central Wisconsin | Getting tired of moving old pkgs. of beef heart, liver and tongue to make room for new and usually end of feeding it to the dogs. My wife and I like liver and onions but are open to new ideas. I made pickled tongue last year. I wasn't real keen on it and wife wouldn't look at it. Grind it up for chili? Wife likes heart sliced and fried with onions, but I wouldn't mind trying it another way. I thought that might be good diced or ground for chili. I searched allrecipes.com and google. Any other ideas would be appreciated, Joe. | |
