I have been following your fuel problem and feel your pain. I think after the lift pump the fuel goes to the back of the injector pump to a small transfer pump and then sends this fuel to the second fuel filter and then back to the injector pump to create the high pressure fuel. Maybe something is stopped up at this built in transfer pump. Maybe someone more educated in common rail injector pump can give some insight. Good luck and please post your solution when you get things resolved. I am still having some issues with my 5088 wanting to start.
