| Lori makes a lot of weight watcher meals. The meat meals usually substitute ground Turkey for at least part of the beef. Yeah, it tastes a little different, but the closer that I get to turning 40, the more I need to watch what I eat.....or run several miles a day (I choose the eat better deal). I really like the Turkey/Beef meatloaf recipe (which also has oatmeal).
Tonight we are having the second portion of fresh Turkey which is just finishing up in the crock pot. Tomorrow, it's back to beef or chicken. lol.
Thanks to the internet, there's lots of recipes to steal. I'm fond of the major restaurant "copy cat" recipes.
