E.Central MN | What we have seen is that the big banks have way too much power. The Congressmen don't have the guts to stand up to the banks and the President depends on them to keep making loans to keep liquidity in all the markets. Whether they like it or not they are forced to give in to it when the economy is on the skids. The banks know it and are taking full advantage to skim as much profit as they can, even if it runs the economy bankrupt. To them thats even better as it would let them buy assets at firesale prices. There are absolutely no ethics in big business any more. | |
