Relocate? Heck there is always going to be one or two big player’s putting the squeeze on the rest of us. Red Gold getting a little too close for my comfort. There is competition everywhere.
These 2 seed operations will pay $20,000+ for ground without batting an eye. I think any large land owning operation that could 2X their land holdings would make future generations mighty happy down the road. Turning 100 acres into 200 acres isn’t life changing, but turning 1000 into 2000 is… simplifies your life also to not have to rent land out of necessity, and also to have the ability to buy more or be more choosy on the rentals. |
