I have been starting with something in the 2.4-2.6 range recently. Last year it was a 2.4, this year a 2.6. Have some good friends having great luck with some Becks 2.1 and 2.2’s. I’ve got some AV 2.1/2.0’s I’m going to include in my early plot if I get one in next year.

I’m pretty sore with sonny right now. Never have been a Becks fan personally but won’t go into that. They just stole 300 acres dad has rented out for 32 years. Landlord sent a text as means of termination of rental agreement as said no further discussion. 425/ac. But as their signs say… a sign you can trust. I understand those that don’t farm around them probably but don’t see the negatives but hard to overlook when they do that to you. Such is life I guess. How are yields down that way?

Sounds like $425 is workable with yields you have been reporting.

You must not be good at reading. They said no further discussion. When you do the math to make that rent work let me know I’d like to sit down and have you explain it to me

Sounds like you need to do a bunch of fat trimming, if you can't make $425 rent work with your yields.,
