| Either blockage at the tank outlet or blockage at the water separator. If it is a blockage at the tank, you will only see a small stream of fuel come out of the line when removed from the water separator. Remove the water separator while the fuel line is removed and blow through the fittings. If debris makes it out of the tank it ends up in the fitting at the water separator. I have never seen a screen there on an 86. | |
