1.) nc IA. Appears ~90%+ of the tillage was completed. Retailers say similar ammount (~90%+) of the usual fall NH3 applied. Way ahead of '09.
2.) Soils were saturated, dried/froze enough to get the tillage nearly done.
3.) If today were April first I'd say April Fools! Will take some sun & heat to get rid of snow & frost; still, would probably be good to go 4/21ish, like normal.
