West-Central Missouri | This is My List of things to watch in Corn / Soybean market with the crop it pertains to preceding it. I would like you guys to look at it and see if I have my numbers and ideas right; and if I am correct in my list.
This is like herding cats.
Corn • Ethanol percent ceiling jumps from 10% - 15%
Corn • Oil Price--this could help support ethanol ceiling jump to E 15 if ethanol to gasoline spread gets to wide negative
Corn / Soybeans • 5 mil. Acres lower on all wheat in NA--gets planted to Corn? Or Soybean?

Soybeans • Dollar- Real ratio--South America

Corn • After 2-3 yrs of poor weather/late planting and farmers still getting most acres planted and good yield;
market may not believe the "crop won't get planted story". However, we do have 6.3 mil. more acres to plant to corn or soybeans this year ,so that could make it a bit more difficult to get planted.
