It's always a concern but not really. All of the beans coming out so far have been perfect. I do have an air tube in the bin of high moisture beans. Last year I kept 15% beans in the same bin until July with no problems. I still have 4 loads to haul for Jan delivery so will pull the top of the bin and blend about 50-50 with some 11% beans.
