seems just a few years ago when the hurricane hit . Some (you know who you are)were complaining about the lack of refineries causing the price jumps. then blaming that  of course on regulations. seems that today it wouldn't matter. Building another refinery wasn't going to happen anyway and if it did it would be bankrupt today...
