| We have one, and I’d tend to agree about moving parts and being complicated. We had trouble with ours and I think I ordered parts and fixed it once. It caused trouble again and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and I figured by the time I had someone out to look at it, order parts, and then pay them again to come out and install the parts, I might just as well forget the heat pump part. So it has been running as a plain old water heater. Been thinking maybe I should see if I could get it fixed nut haven’t yet. | |
