I don't have one yet, but beware they cool the space they're in, so if you're heating with propane then the unit is not saving you that much over a propane water heater. But in the hot and humid months it's cooling and dehumidifying the space so you could say it balances out? If you were in the southeast, it would make a lot of sense.
