Do a search on here for it.  Terms like "shop internet" or "point to point" or "Ubiquiti" will turn up dozens of existing threads for it.  What you will find is that 150 feet is a super easy point to point link IF you have clear line of site between the two buildings.  Personally, if you are not techy, I'd recommend finding a local professional or guru who can do it for you.  To do it correctly you'll need to run some ethernet cable, program some radios, and install a switch and/or access point in the shop.
