Screp metal price is a good indicator of whats coming down the road. Also drive by a scrap yard, they are stock piling again.
Another is folks lined up to pay for hunting. Talked to a fellow that couldn't get everything leased for 09 hunting season, has everything leased for 2010 and a waiting list of folks willing to pay for a place to hunt.
