Positives.

China will buy beans to feed the people and bean price will hold up corn price.

Unknown planting conditions ahead.

Poor quality corn out there, meaning more will need to be used to accomplish the same.

Negatives.

Large than expected corn report.  Large crops get larger.

Is not Calif. bucking ethanol?

I know your feeling.  Seems like I should be doing something!!  I have keep about 20% of 09 unsold, as I usually sell to much to soon.  Keeping mine for a possible spring and summer rally.  Keeping an eye on the basis.  Will lock those in for my chosen months when I think they are a good price and price corn later.  Basis here has dropped 6 cents in the past week.
