This week was wall week. Walls being built on the ground and then stood up in sections. Standard bracing during the week, then additional measures to shore up the walls with the potential for weather this weekend. A little wind so far, but mostly a very nice 1" rain last night and a steady rain/drizzle for a couple of hours today now, amount unknown as it is still going and haven't rechecked the gage yet.
Also, roof trusses were delivered, along with the I-beam for the overhead door in the side of the building that will support roof trusses. Hauled 3" clean rock and leveled to begin building the base for the driveway from the road to the building. Will pack and settle the new rock for awhile. Then will add 1" clean to come up to final grade and make a smoother path later. Initial goal of not ponding water on the driveway is a success so far.
