East Central Nebraska | I picked up a battery box off a 7xxx series Allis tractor from a junk yard for $50. With a little wobbling out of the holes, it fit on the right side where the step goes. It pivots out towards the tires and fairly easy to take the batteries in and out. It tucks under the floor board and sticks out at most 2 inches. I added a brace underneath to the axle for it to support the opposite side of the mounting and a quick pin to keep it closed. I ended up with top post batteries as got the cables with the battery box and when these go bad, I'll convert to the stud grp 31 ones.
