ECWI | One year and a week since I had mine out robotically. Can honestly say had very little pain just very sore. Was walking the next day, but did have catheter for 5 days after. Took it easy for 6 weeks. but was really back almost 100% at 3 weeks. Have had 4 follow up PSA blood tests since and all is good. Great peace of mind knowing the cancer is out of body.
I was very worried before the surgery, was all for nothing. Since then 3 close friends have also had theirs removed with similiar results. We are all in our mid fifties.
I know you will still worry as it is human nature, but will say a prayer for your procedure.
