I never bought a Milwaukee product directly from Milwaukee, everything I purchased has been via tool store. I had a battery go bad last year, Milwaukee replaced it no charge or receipts required.
Regarding "Jump Start" - please tell me ho you did this. I have a Milwaukee battery that will not charge that is out of warranty. I would like to try since I have nothing to loose.
