Eastern Nebraska | I collect cookbooks from all over. When I travel instead of those useless trinkets that they sell I look for a local cookbook. I use them all some more than others. I have had as many as 300 cookbooks at one time but have trimmed that collection down to about 60 now.... Some of my favorites are the ones put out by churches and local organizations for fund raisers.... When I travel to other countries I but their cookbooks and work on translating recipes from them.... It is nice ot have authentic recipes soemtimes... | |
