An old stand-by from our house........ very good to take to the field if the crew can stop a couple of minutes to eat.
Brown 1 lb ground beef w/1 med onion chopped up, drain
Cook 16oz pkg of pasta (short variety of your choice) according to pkg directions
Combine
Add 1 can cream of (anything you like) soup (mushroom, celery, asparagus, etc) and 1/2 a soup can of water; 2 c shredded or cubed Velveeta cheese, 1 can whole kernel or creamed corn, and 1 can Rotel tomatoes. Mix well and turn into a large casserole dish.
Bake at 350*, covered, for about 30 minutes, then top with 1 can French's fried onion rings and bake uncovered about 15 more minutes, until topping is well-browned.
Serves a herd!
