I have a hard time seeing where engine oil gets in coolant from cups.. oil cooler is the first place to start and maybe the 2 head bolts need updated to the sealing ring style( there are oil passages through 4 bolt holes but Can only install 2 sealing bolts). After that than I'd say head gasket or head being cracked is last possibility.
