You might want to think through your arguments... Do livestock producers today have access to DDG's... would DDG's exist as plentiful and cheaply without ethanol?
At one point there was a debate about significantly expanding Set-Aside programs.. creating a "Buffalo Commons" across the Prairies... where would livestock producers be under such a scenerio?
