The problem with your idea is a good lawyer could probably get the charges dropped because the old tire isn’t a sign.
Game warden said in Texas the purple stripe is hard for a lawyer to get the trespasser off the hook. Something about the signs having specifications, purple stripe was just a purple stripe at least 4” wide, 1’ high, 4’ off ground. I’m sure every state is different.
