Northwest IL | OK so maybe its not the test weight then its just not very good yields. Would you rather have 57 lb corn with a yield of 210 last year or the 52 lb corn with the yield of 180 this year? I'll take 52 lb corn like you said but at the 210 yield. Maybe its not the test weight but where is all the 250-300 bushel corn at in Iowa this year? From what I have read and heard yeah they had good yields but not quite what they expected and definitely not as good as the record crop in 2004. | |
