pknoeber if I have two ears exactly identical and you shell them and one has a 53 lb test weight and the other 56 which one would you rather have a field full of? So If you have two plots of one acre each and all the ears are identical, same numbers of kernels hence same amount of volume yet one is 53 lb test weight and the other 56 lb test weight is the weight or yield going to be the same?
