SE Iowa | Thanks SC for your thoughts. I tend to agree, but have to wonder why in the Lord's name they cannot use the acres we certify. We all certify, just push "total". We sent men to the moon on sliderulers, for goodness sake.
Planted acres should not even be an issue well before harvest. I'd really appreciate some help with that and think the farmers deserve an answer from the USDA for this VERY simple question.
