East Central Illinois | For example just ruff numbers the usda says we grew a 13.151 billion bu crop.
However the test weight this year was off for almost everyone. Lets just say by 2 pounds
13151000000 X 2 =26302000000/56 lbs = 469678571.4 bu so take 13151000000-469678571.4=12681321429 so a 12.681 billion bu crop size that would get our carry out to around 1.2 something vs the 1.7 the usda has. Now imagine if you figure the test weight 3 lbs off. Our farm the test weight was 4 lbs below normal what was yours?
