This current winter weather (cold and snow) is some cause for the up tic in price - it's taking more for heating then in yrs past, dropping current supplies. My opinion, not sure if the price will drop, significantly, by spring, but do look for the price of crude to come down from where it's at currently and refined supplies to build into late spring summer - less expensive fuels at the pump .  . . Again, my opinion, based on nothing . ..
