nw/nc iowa on the banks of West Buttrick Creek.. | Over the last two years I have been more aggressive in my sales, jsut because of my fear of an economic melt down. My goal was to have lots of smaller sales at prices I could "live with" and still have a little left over if market went up. Maybe it is my age that makes me want to get my notes payed off. In the last depression the guys with the largest debts did not get sold out because there was nothing for the lender to get, so they went after the guys with small debt and something to get. This time we have "the great one", to save us. |
