I had sopmeone recently telling me that teh NASS surveys are used by Risk Management Agency to establish teh county yields we are usiung for crop insurace, if you do not have an established yield and teh county yield that is used for certain FSA programs (Re: SURE program). Is there any truth to this?
Has USDA ever called you and asked what your yields were?
