| Glad to hear you have some sales in place, you are ahead of most. I know around here it was the best we've ever seen for corn and beans both despite all the challenges. Too many people saying the same thing around the Midwest to not be a record crop. It may not have been as uniformly good and even as 04 but the best was that much better to make up for the not as good.
Anymore the best educated guess is often not good enough with so many factors in play. That is why it is becoming more and more important to know what is profitbale for you and the best way to take advantage of that. Concentrate on the "easier" money via basis and carry and forget trying to outguess the markets, because there isn't anyone that can do it. | |
