Von did you really wear out the RK guard? I think worn out is 3/4” at lower rear corner when mounted to planter. I have those same exapta on 7200 10 years now somewhere close to 10k acres still over 3/4”. Although looks like next year will need openers and guards. Think will have good luck exapta good company.

Couldn’t agree more on the RK gauge wheels talk about improvement, I hardly ever have to adjust just check tension every spring grease once and roll on.

I have also had better luck myself with 3mm blades the bearings last about same as blades now. This is highly soil dependent but seems blades flex more on 3mm which saves bearings, can’t run the 205 bearings on 7200 otherwise sure 3.5 be worth it.

One thing watch on those 7200s is the seed openers spindle welds, they can crack, if bad enough have change shank. Broke couple one year found 10/12 cracked.
