Southeastern Kansas | This is a local guy that has been in business for several years and yes that does not mean much sometimes. Contract is being drawn up and we will look at it closely. I know more about bankruptcy than I need to as we had to write a $5000.00 check to someone that already got to us for over 24M because the court determined it was preferential treatment. Have decide you have very little protection when bankruptcy is involved. Almost to the point if you set yourself up to be protected then noone wants to do business with you. We need some better laws but not sure todays politician cares enough. Thanks for your replies. | |
