In 1993, Iowa was so wet we planted most corn in late May and up through the last Federal Crop planting date. We also were blessed that year with an early frost which left us with the 40-48 pound corn that this area is dealing with now. My question is, did the USDA ever lower the crop size for the 1993 harvest due to the lower quality? Thanks in advance.
