Aberdeen, Mississippi 39730 | My grandmother would cook her turnip greens and she remove her turnip greens when done and mix a cornmeal mixture, sort of like hush puppies and dip by tablespoon and put them in the juice of the turnip greens. Don't know how long she cook them, but they were done she put the turnip greens back in. They were delicious. I found a Paula Deen recipe where she has cook them and it sounds familiar. |
