The joy of co-op patronage. It's based off their net income which is taxed, paid as a dividend which is taxed again, and then let them keep roughly 50% as a long term interest free loan.
coop patronage, aka interest free loan that you paid taxes on. stupid system these days. only ones benefiting are management and board memebers
