Nw Iowa | Thanks John. I really like the service but frustrated that you can’t talk to anyone. I am going back up on roof this morning after frost clears and make sure everything is okay up there. I was surprised that after 2 messages they are sending out new equipment, no explanation what my cost will be or anything, no real tests etc. We are in a very small area that has very little other options so I guess it have to trust Elon | |
