Middlesex County, Ontario | Your router hands out IP address to DHCP things, like your laptop and phones. Your router DHCP will assign IP address to within some block of typically 50 addresses. Regard those 50 addresses as reserved, and set all your static IP's for your cameras and Ubiquiti stuff outside of that range.
Somewhere in your router's setting is a DHCP assignment page. In my picture any DHCP laptops, phones, etc will be set to the range 10.178.123.100 - 10.178.123.149. If I were to set a camera to a static IP inside that range, like 10.178.123.103, then the router might assign that same IP address to someone's laptop, and there will be a conflict. To avoid conflicts you set all the static IP's to be outside that range.
You need to change your router settings, or change your static IP assignments, so that they do not conflict.
