| I think what they are saying.......is that once the FDIC took control ....and attempted another bank to buy the Loan package...........the Loan value of the portfolio was substantially lower than thought..........you'd have to say the fdic review team missed the boat on market value.
It does go the other way, our bank was bidding on a FDic Takeover portfolio in Phnx area......bid at the 70% level........got outbid | |
