Trouble with your tax rate plan is people making $10,000 can't afford to pay any taxes.

Elimination of the payroll tax on the first $50,000 would help lower income people provide a boost the economy needs. Married couple would have up to an extra $13,000 per year.

Raise retirement age to collect SS benefits to 70 on those under 60. Then add 1 year for each 10 year age bracket less than 60. Those 20 or less would have to be 74 before they could recieve SS benefits. Cap SS benefits at $50,000 income level and index for inflation.
