S Illinois | It probably doesn’t feel like it but most places north of KS has had a top 10 wettest Dec-current day. There will be a whole lot more PP talk than 2012 repeat going forward.
Edit: The lower Mississippi is back to high normal flow and is close to being in flood stage at certain locations. The lower Ohio is in flood stage. There is lots and lots of water out east/in the Delta currently.
