NW Washington
The tech at Costco told me that the best thing you can clean your glasses with is a little dishwashing detergent, like Dawn, in some water. Clean the lenses and rinse and dry.
He recommended that you rinse the lens with water before using spray stuff mainly to get dust and dirt off of the lenses so you don't scour the surface of the plastic lenses.
Washing glasses with Dawn will also make them less apt to fog up if you have to wear a face mask for some reason. Also, using a cloth to wipe your glasses that has been dried in a dryer with a conditioning sheet in the dryer is not recommended.

Here is another take on cleaning eyeglasses. https://www.wikihow.com/Clean-Plastic-Eyeglasses
