E.Central MN | Yeah, but isn't that a dry -37degrees?
(just kidding like the old saying about Arizona's dry 110degrees not being very hot)
The cold isn't too bad and some snow isn't too bad, but a lot of snow and a lot of wind and a lot of cold is very bad.
My neighbor (mid 60s) is currently unconcious in the hospital from slipping on the ice and hitting his head. A local guy died from the same type of brain injury last year. Everybody be careful out there.
