You have to slam the jug to get it to cut, and if your using a product that very thick it does not rinse the bottom of jug very well.
Yeah, we didn’t like it either, we have ones now where you take the top off and rinse. Maybe ten seconds slower but a lot cleaner and better rinse, IMO
