It would be pretty easy most years to gross 40 per cent of land value. A lot of years should be easily half. BUT gross is different than NET, and our costs are relatively higher I would suppose. As well, I will be the first to admit, that this year I nearly lost it all due to starting combining on nov 6th. Had I not got that crop..... Ouch.
