North East sask. My example would be a 45+ bushel crop of a specialty oil canola, or an equivalent of other grains. It is certailnly not an every year thing, but when could you get 1000 bushel corn on 4 000 dollar land? We are in an interesting area of decent productivity, and lower land prices.
