2) "while grain elevators stand nearly empty" Is there really grain elevators nearly empty? I have not heard of this problem.
We can't even deliver a kernal until the local elevators (with an S) get some train cars in - everybody is full. I think the plan is to stay pretty full since there is good carry in the market to July.
